DocuSign CMC Business
Use your CMC DocuSign account only for official college business.
DocuSign is approved for general use in official college business by security, legal, and business officers and leaders.
Before initiating a DocuSign document workflow to route to another college unit, it is your responsibility to coordinate with them.
The The DocuSign Unit Contact directory contains the contacts for each functional area. These individuals are responsible for Templates and PowerForms created by their functional area only. Please contact them only if you need assistance with one of their Templates or PowerForms.
If a processing unit accepts DocuSign signatures but does not accept documents routed to them via DocuSign, instead requiring download of a hard copy or another form of electronic submission, you must make provisions for preserving or managing the DocuSign certificate of completion. The certificate contains audit trail information about all document signers.
Each Functional Area should identify a DocuSign Unit Contact (DUC).
You and your team will also need to use CMC email addresses when sending documents for signature to other CMC employees. Your CMC email address forwards to the email address you have listed in the CMC Directory. CMC email addresses are formatted by combining an UserID with "@coloradomtn.edu". For example, the CMC email address for a person whose UserID is abcd123 would be "abcd123@coloradomtn.edu
