How to test sending to multiple recipients without sending them test emails

To get around DocuSign’s requirement for a unique email address for each recipient.

Append a plus (“+”) sign followed by any combination of words or numbers after your email address. For example, if your email address was swoop@gmail.com, you could use the following email addresses for testing your three recipients.

• swoop+employee@gmail.com
• swoop+supervisor@gmail.com
• swoop+HR@gmail.com

The reason this will work is:

DocuSign will be fooled, and think you entered three unique emails for your three recipients. Gmail will ignore the (“+”) and all letters and numbers after it. All three emails will go to swoop@gmail.com.
